Terms of Use
Document status
These Terms govern access to the current public research-candidate version of P-120. They do not establish a separate choice of law, forum or arbitration clause; those matters require separate production legal review.
Personal use
Access to the assessment is provided for personal use. A user may view results lawfully made available to them and retain a provided report for personal use.
Research status
P-120 remains a Research Candidate. Current publication does not convert the project’s research or technical achievements into a proven clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic service and does not create a guarantee of individual outcome.
Intellectual property
Use of P-120 materials is governed by the separate Intellectual Property & Permitted Use Notice. Systematic copying or publication of the item bank, automated bulk harvesting, mirrors or competing copies of the protected corpus, commercial redistribution, and obtaining or disclosing non-public scoring/know-how materials without Di authorization are restricted to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Non-public materials
Public access to the site does not grant a right to obtain restricted scoring keys, weights, thresholds, calibration/validation records, internal decision rules, unpublished item branches, controlled orchestration configurations or other material assigned to the non-public P-120 layer.
Contact
The official Contact form is for general correspondence and professional communication. It is not part of the assessment and should not be used to send P-120 responses or results, Participant IDs, medical or intimate information, payment data or other sensitive material.
Mandatory user rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights, exceptions or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded by contract or notice.
Commercial production gate
Before paid checkout/acquiring is enabled, final production Terms, operator/merchant identity, prices and taxes, payment/refund/cancellation disclosures, privacy roles, consumer-law requirements and other jurisdiction-specific provisions must be separately approved.
