Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
Rights holder and status
For the current public research-candidate version of P-120, Di is the displayed rights-holder name for P-120 materials. This public-facing designation is used in the current web/legal layer and does not replace documentary confirmation of chain of title, which remains a separate production gate before commercial launch.
Protected materials
To the extent protected by applicable law, protection may apply to original assessment-item wording, instructions, editorial and scientific text, original selection and arrangement of materials, visual and interface design, illustrations, report formats, software code as expressed, documentation, translations and other independently protectable creative elements of P-120.
Methodology boundary
This Notice does not assert copyright ownership over abstract ideas, scientific facts, concepts, principles, methods, processes, systems, procedures or mathematical concepts as such where they are excluded from copyright protection. Protection is asserted over original expression, documentation, selection, arrangement, implementation and other protectable elements.
Permitted use
Users receive a limited permission to access the current public research-candidate version of P-120, take the assessment for personal purposes, view the result made available to them, and retain any report lawfully provided to them. Quotation and other uses mandated or permitted by applicable law remain available.
Restricted use
Without prior permission from Di, and except where a restriction is unenforceable under applicable law, users may not systematically copy or publish the item bank; perform automated bulk harvesting; create mirrors or competing copies of the protected corpus; commercially redistribute protected materials; remove rights notices; obtain or disclose non-public scoring materials; or use non-public materials acquired without authorization.
Software and databases
P-120 software implementation and original databases/compilations are protected to the extent they satisfy the requirements of applicable law. Any separate database-maker right applies only where its statutory conditions are met and remains subject to lawful-user rights and mandatory exceptions.
Non-public materials and know-how
Non-public scoring keys, hidden mappings, weights, thresholds, calibration/validation materials, internal scoring/decision/release rules, unpublished item branches, report-orchestration rules, evidence-to-claim mappings, controlled AI/orchestration configurations, HG-CGA implementation details and other restricted technical information may qualify as confidential information or know-how only to the extent that the required secrecy conditions and reasonable access-control measures are actually maintained. Public disclosure of a specific configuration may terminate secrecy-based protection. The detailed internal P120-KH-REG-001 register is not published.
Brand identifiers
P-120 names, logos and other brand identifiers may receive separate protection under trademark and unfair-competition law. This copyright notice does not itself mean that a trademark has been registered.
Mandatory exceptions and no waiver
Nothing in this Notice limits user rights that cannot lawfully be excluded by notice or contract in the relevant jurisdiction. A failure by Di to enforce a right in a particular instance is not a waiver of that right.
Licensing and contact
Requests for scientific, educational, commercial, publishing or integration use of P-120 materials should be sent through the official Contact section. Contact is now an active public correspondence channel; its data is processed separately from research intake as described in the published Privacy Notice.
